Liverpool is a lovely city with plenty of attractions,...
Liverpool is a lovely city with plenty of attractions, particularly if you enjoy the Beatles, art and rock music. This time around the Ferry trip was great, as was Mathew Street and the Jacaranda Club. We have visited the city before when we did the Magical Mystery Tour, the Tate, and the Bluecoat, amongst other things. However, there are still plenty of things to do on future visits, including Liverpool Museum, the Walker Gallery and the Museum of Popular Music.

Wonderful! Happy shoppers with no problems. Multicultural place which made you feel welcomed. No steering eyes. No name calling. Pleasant shop assistance. I wasn't on my guard as a Black person made to feel unwelcomed. It was a lovely pleasant stay.

Liverpool is a really amazing city.
Liverpool is a really amazing city. Was super Impressed how everything look fresh and new and clean. A Saturday night and wasn't too noisy with emergency services around. Didn't see any trouble. Would definitely visit the city again. Shame the weather didn't turn out sunny.

Beautiful, vibrant and lively city with so many lovely sites...
Beautiful, vibrant and lively city with so many lovely sites. Filled with the Mersey beat music and the Beatles footprint. I loved every aspect of Liverpool and will definitely come back! The Mersey tour (by boat), the Magical Mystery Tour and the Cavern Club are a must! Near the harbor there are many bars and restaurants for a nice bite. We went for the local food and enjoyed it. The city center has a great shopping area. All the interesting sightseeing points in the City center is within walking distance so it is easy to get around and very friendly people as well.
The hotel is ideally located literally right next door to Lime St Train Station. The decor is GORGEOUS and you get the feeling that you are definitely staying at a 5 star hotel. The staff at check-in were fast and let us drop off our bags as we arrived earlier than expected. The room was clean and again, the decor was great. Everything we needed was in the room, from toiletries to hair dryer, tv and coffee maker. It was such a great experience we have already booked this place for our next trip to Liverpool going soon!
This is a very nice apartment located close to Liverpool city centre, shops and Albert Dock. Car parking is available a short walk away and can be arranged by the host. it was well appointed with good quality items and had a box in the shower room with easily forgotten extras like toothpaste, deodorant and sanitary goods. It was clean and well decorated. Access was via a coded lock into the building and then an electronic door lock activated by your smartphone.
The staff were really friendly during check-in and check out. The room was really lovely. Very clean and spacious with an amazing view of the docks. We didn't use the bar or restaurant facilities while staying here but the hotel was really close to the city centre, Albert Docks, the museums and a stone throw away from some local pubs and McDonald's. Really enjoyed my stay here would recommend for anyone exploring Liverpool.
What can I say about this value for money hotel. It's ideal for staying, getting to, in Liverpool. It's close to the city centre, next to the docks & arena, a lovely short walk and you're in the heart of the city. The staff were brilliant, very informative and you could tell they were proud of their establishment, quick to give you advice and information. I will definitely be back here.
Great clean hotel in the best location close to Liverpool 1, docks, nightlife and eateries.
Felt safe and secure with key card access. Complimentary drinks and snacks were a lovely touch at 6pm (nice white wine). Will definately consider a return for our annual trip to Liverpool.
Location was superb close to city centre and Royal Liverpool Hospital. Totally secure for solo traveller. Manager was exceptional nothing was too much trouble . Great team of housekeepers. Rooms very well equipped I’ve booked to come back again next week
Third time staying at this hotel and for good reason, always the best stay. Great staff, warm and comfortable rooms. The breakfast downstairs, or served in room, is top. Location pretty much perfect for Liverpool City centre. Always a shame to leave.
Breakfast was good and the reception staff and breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient . The Liner is very conveniently situated for the train to Liverpool and you can easily walk into the City centre and Albert docks from there
Hotel is in a great location for accessing Liverpool City Centre. Hotel staff were very helpful and gave us some local recommendations on places to visit. The room was comfortable and clean. Views over the docks were an added bonus.
Urban Pod Hotel Liverpool exceeded my expectations. The room had recently been redecorated, and the facilities were excellent. The room was clean, and close to the city centre. Would definitely stay again.
Pleasant hotel with friendly staff just a couple of minutes walk from the city centre. Very handy for the docks, arena and L1.
Dry, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast available in restaurant.
I've stayed here before and a lot of the time it's ridiculously cheap. It's a basic hotel five minutes walk away from the city centre and the two main train stations.
Staff are always pleasant.
Very nice hotel in a great location - only a few minutes' walk from Matthew Street, Albert Docks and the city centre.
It was a very large and comfortable room with a large bathroom.
